29 year old Ashutosh Kaushik has capped off his last three months in the Bigg Boss house with a payday of Rs 1 crore.
Akshay Kumar joined host Shilpa Shetty to announce that the dhaba owner from Saharanpur had won the reality show. “My victory should send a message to people in small towns, that we can make it big,” he said whilst adding that he hoped that “my victory changes my life.”
He went on to thank Rahul Mahajan for throwing his weight behind him once Mr. Mahajan had left the show. Mr Mahajan had predicted that Mr. Kaushik would go on to be crowned the winner.
